Zimmer uses about 5 - 7 people to interview you one at a time. The interviewers then reconvene to discuss the candidate. Most of them did not prepare well and only my direct supervisor actually put a lot of thought and time into the questions.

Most were the typical interview questions and were easy. Most difficult was "Can you describe a time that you made a mistake and what did you do about it."
