Thank you very much for both taking the time to spend interviewing with our team and for the detailed feedback. Of course it was very concerning to hear that you had a poor experience both with the process and with our team. I am also hearing that some of the information of services we provide (such as parking and Uber expenses) and overall candidate communication, updates and closure were not communicated to you accurately from our search partner, so that is a good take-away for us as well.
