There was an initial interview with the recruiter and then a second interview with the hiring manager and then a rejection email. There was a lot of culture related questions in the second interview because they want to see you will be a good fit on the team.

Entrevista
Unorganized and lengthy. I set time out of my schedule only to have my interviews rescheduled several times. There's 3 separate phone screenings, then an in person interview. The in person interview was a 2 hour process, where you meet with 3 different people you'd work with. Then a video call with a 4th member located in SF, although they couldn't troubleshoot the software and I was forced to do a phone conversation.
Worth noting:
There's no diversity in this office, which was disappointing based on the diversity held in their SF office advertised in their company bio. However, I felt it was ultimately a waste of my time. I felt from about the end of the first in person interview, that I had no chance at the position. The feeling was based more on a cultural fit than my actual background and qualifications. Unfortunate, because I do believe the company has a possible bright future.
