Pathetic process. A software engineer with less than 4 years of experience was tasked with interviewing someone with more than 12 years of experience. THe interviewer got flustered by the answers and was looking for opportunities to reject. The interviewer asked 5 problem-solving questions in 55 minutes of the interview even when google is asking 3 questions at maximum in a 60-minute interview. The lack of experience from the interviewer is ruining the interview experience as expected.
