Be sure to have questions prepared and ask "what happens next?" If you make it past the phone interview you will have a 1.5 hour in person interview. They are looking for someone who is after more than just a paycheck, you have to see the big picture and be excited about what the company is doing and how it aligns with your career ambitions. They do hundreds of interviews so you need to show your personality and accomplishments to stand out. I received a phone call less than 24 hours later with an offer, i accepted. For this role you have to be a licensed insurance broker and the test has to be completed and passed prior to your start date.
