I was referred by a friend who was planning to leave the company to join the army force. He has told the employer that I have almost the same background and experience and hopefully I can come in as a replacement after he resign to help ease the company workload. After submitting my resume, the employer agree to arrange an interview after work hour as I was still working on another full-time job. It was a Friday, and I was running late due to train delay. But the employer did not seem to be angry because I was late, the interview session went well. And I met some of other employees, it was late at night on Friday, but still they are working, give me an impression that everybody in the company is very hardworking. I didn't hear from the employer after the interview for 2 weeks, thought I didn't do well during the interview. However, 3 weeks after the interview, the employer called and wished to have another interview. So I went for the second interview, it was to discussed on my salary and date of starting my work. At the end of the interview, the employer offered the position and let me think about it. I accepted the offer the next day, and started work one month after that.
