I went to the Zara directly and asked one of the employees if it would be possible to speak with the manager. I gave her my cv and express interest in a job. She asked me about my reatail experience and told me she will contact me shortly after she reviews my cv. Few days later she invited me to on site interview. The interviewer was very polite asking me very basic questions about my previous experience related to retail. My customer experience. Understanding what Zara offers and their customers. At the end she asked me if I have some questions for her,
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
