the interview process was exactly like the normal ones. 1- HR interview 2- interview with the future EM and 3 other interview of design system, technical questions and live coding.
all of them were pretty interesting, nice people to talk to. However, I never thought they will ignore me. I saw before that other interviewees talk about getting ghosted but i didnt think it will happen to me. such an unprofessional way to deal with people. I kept sending them reminders to get back to me and then they said an automatic template of rejction.
although I mentioned through the interviews that I had to the recruiters about the reviews in Glassdoor and the bad reputation that they have.
they insured me that they will give me feedback in case of rejection.
such a waste of time to prepare and to attend this meetings.
why would you open a position if you are not willed to recruit people
