I have sent my CV and Cover letter, it took more than a month, I had to find the name of the recruiter and approach them directly, then they reviewed my profile, passed me to another recruiter and after multiple follow ups (from my site!) I had a skype interview. Very general questions, no knowledge about the job (not even proper understanding of job description), she said she will pass my profile to the manager, but that never happened, instead I received an email 2 days later that they will not proceed, I responded and never heard back from them. They also send me a survey to give feedback about my experience, which I provided in details, and never heard back from them.
