Interviewer and the interview itself went okay. I reckoned that it was because I could only start 3 months later which was the issue. Had a bad experience with Parvati from the talent acquisition team. She told me she would update me of the results yet I didn’t hear from her. So I followed up with her twice on separate days only to realized she has blocked me on WhatsApp. Extremely unprofessional and I couldn’t understand why is it so difficult to update the applicants? Be it good or bad news, it does not matter but pls do not leave your applicants hanging. Very disappointed with how things were handled and I am glad I realized this earlier.
