I applied in person and was asked to come back for an open interview. I went back on the specified day, and saw there were about three or four other people there for the interview as well. I waited for about 20 minutes, and then I was called up. I talked to the manager for about 10 minuets about the basics, and then he went and brought over the "host" manager to complete the interview.

They asked me a lot of questions about how to seat people , and different scenario based questions. How deal with difficult customer questions and questions about making reservations and what to say. It will help if you do some research on that.
In person, one on one with general manager. A single round after a resume drop. After the interview they followed up via email about the job and if they needed any more information

Entrevista
Two interviews from main managers where they asked basic questions about past job experience and why I had interest in this role. All the staff was very friendly and both of the managers were very communicable on what they were looking for.
