I had 3 separate phone interviews that lasted around 15-30 minutes each all trying to get to know my work habits and personality some more. Very friendly and inviting. You speak directly to the people that you will work with. The people you interview with are the people in the cubical next to you. Want to see over fit and work ethic as a person and willingness to learn.
