Everything was very professional from the beginning. Well organized and very quick turnaround for a smaller company. Very impressed the level of the people (many PhDs) and the promising technology. Definately a company in growth mode that will go a long way. The interviews were not structured though and each interviewer did their own thing to access me as a candidate.
