Interview process was great and easy.
1st written test was given.
Then 2 interviews will be conducted.
If you are selected then a following background check will be conducted.
If all good, you will be given a training of 3 weeks and u can start working as TSS

Entrevista
The interview process has 2 parts; one was over the phone and the other was on-site. I spoke with the same person on the phone and in Woodstock HQ. It was very casual , roughly 30 minutes. It was all about yourself, your background, troubleshooting experience and skills. There was a written exam, too, maybe 10 questions.

Interview was over the phone. Pretty straightforward, they just want to know if you're competent enough to read instructions, are able to type, and have typed some basic networking commands into the command prompt before. If you know how to configure a router bought from best buy, you'll be good for the interview.
