The process was entirely way too long from start to finish. My first recruiter call was in April and it took a little over 2 months to get a decline decision. 4 total interviews, which wasn't too out of the norm but the process just took way too long considering how badly they needed this role filled according to the hiring team. I received an offer from a different company before a decision was made.
