Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Wren Kitchens (Sheffield, Inglaterra)
Entrevista
A quite relaxed in person conversation with the store manager. Seemed more interested in you as a person rather than previous experience that you have. Was told I would hear back from them the following week but unfortunately did not.

The interview was in 2 stages with 2 different managers but they ask the same questions, they want you to prove sales skills and that you'll stay in the company long term

Entrevista
I applied online. I received a phone call within less than a week asking some initial questions about why I applied and what I knew about the role. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview the following week. I was interviewed by two managers, one asked questions while the other took down notes. I was asked the questions, told about the company, and opportunities, and shown how the designing aspect worked. They then photocopied my Right to Work documents. It was a positive experience, as they make you feel very comfortable and relaxed, with a friendly atmosphere.
Questions about your CV work experiences and how it relates to sales. They like interior designers as they understand function and style. They ask scenario based questions involving customers, managers and co-workers.
