Very friendly everyone . And I came up with some troubles when I taught people in Japan because of some network problems; they patiently heard about the whole thing and checked the mail history to resolve the conflict.

I had a video screening call that just asked some general questions about my experience and approach. Then, I had to complete an assessment recording my voice to respond to Clients. The last step is the interview with the clinical team. Still waiting for the last interview.

Phone call with HR, you can choose phone call or video call. The HR representative was very kind and well versed in the role. The conversation started with learning more about the job role, I then had the floor to ask any questions, and then I answered questions as well. Keep in mind, this is just from the initial interview with HR.
