Entrevista
There were many steps but everything went very smoothly overall. The communication between the steps were quite fast, though there was a small delay at the end of the process which was due to other factors outside the whole recruiting process. The interviews were very laid back but still professional. I loved how the candidate could choose the best the interview schedule. I also loved the enthusiastic spirit of the communication. Definietely the best recruiting process I have been in.

They asked me about my previous roles and what I expect about Wolt the dialogue kind of took off after those questions. To me it felt like there was no specific questionnaire prepared which was actually a good thing. We discussed about values, the substance of the position, other skills that might be relevant, Wolt’s culture, history and development. I also loved how they were honest about the organisation, eg. about the things that might be tricky in the future.
