The recruiters were very responsive and professional. The first phase of the process was to complete a fairly detailed questionnaire, which included basics about why I was looking for a new job, how I heard about the position, etc. The second part was almost the equivalent of a first interview. It wanted to know all about my experience, examples of work/campaigns, etc. They also wanted samples of my work.
