Phones screening followed by an aptitude and personality profile and then three interviews. Feedback is reasonably quick, if you progress. else you receive no feedback at all. Attempts, requests for feedback receive no responses.

The interview was quite professional. I had totally 4 rounds. The first one was with Talent Acquisition. The 2nd and 3rd ones were with senior delivery managers. The last round was with head of delivery. It took long time to complete the whole process
