Process was extremely fast, hassle free and skill based. Extremely friendly atmosphere, skilled interviewers. From screening to offer within two weeks. Scenario based questions, more forward looking than past focused.

Several rounds, first round is just a screening/qualifying questions - this process can be replaced by AI. Second round - interview. The whole thing was scripted by chatgpt, felt very robotic and not genuine. The interview was done by 2 employees from same department, with 1 of them being just barely half year in this role. It wasn't done by proper recruiter/interviewer. It felt like they were waiting for specific answered given them by chatgpt. When answering questions they were asking multiple times what do I mean by that, even though answer was pretty straight forward. At the end I asked them my questions - again I had to repeat myself and explain differently. Interview skills and common sense was lacking. I would advise company to invest in this area as it leaves bad taste for the candidate.
