I had 5 reasons: 1) I liked Sewell's approach to selling (obviously elaborate and READ CARL SEWELL'S BOOK!!) 2) I believe my values are similar to Sewell's (obviously elaborate) 3) Sewell provides a great environment where competitive people can prosper. 4) Sewell's compensation based on performance was highly desirable (shows competitiveness and drive) 5) I am a huge car enthusiast (more of a bonus reason for me)
