Hostile when it came to the Partner interviewing me on the position, towards the end of my visit. I actually hit it off with my recruiter and two managers I'd help provide help for, but the moment I met the Partner of the company. He immediately began questioning my resume, which is perfectly fine. It is what he was suppose to do...but due to a typo, I wasn't given the position. I was MORE than able to handle the position, if anything I was over qualified. And also could have offered much much more to the company. Sadly that didn't come to pass. All thanks to a Partner within the company, and his narrow and rather rude manner.
