The world needs this type of interview process where the team is so respectful towards the candidates and the whole interview process was so smooth. Big kudos to HR for making the candidates so comfortable during the process and making it crystal clear transparent in terms of what they expect from them.

Entrevista
It started with an Initial CV screening and role match and the interaction with Abhay Menon from the TA team was quick and to the point.
After this an initial business round was scheduled with the BD Director and the whole interview was insightful and conversational.
After clearing the round there was an assignment to be done to check my knowledge in the domain and structure of working.
Qualifying further there was another business round with Head of Marketing. This Interview was more data driven, laser focused on the sales methodologies and technicalities with some interesting questions coming my way.
Next discussion after clearing the previous round was with the TA head for culture fitment and final level of screening further to which there was a discussion on CTC and offer letter was sent the very next day.
The process went for 2 weeks, however it was very well executed with setting up clear agendas before each meetings, prompt responses and feedback after each rounds and finally I have accepted the order and waiting to be onboarded soon.
