Since I can't add pay information as I declined the offer, I wanted to point out that they offered $80K with 15 days of PTO, prorated based on the start date. They have a profit-sharing bonus that is paid semiannually in June and December, typically amounting to 2-4% of one's semiannual gross pay. 13 paid holidays. 6 weeks of maternity leave (no paternity). Don't remember the exact 401K match but it was about average and was fully vested.
