In person interview was cool and quick. Asked just a few questions. Only spoke to one manager who offered me a part time however I already said I was looking for a full time. She also stated I’m most likely over qualified
All good. Very friendly interviewers. Nice work environment. They seemed fair and open. They felt engaging and encouraging. The interviewer is receptive, the conversation flows naturally, and I could confidently showcase my skills. I left feeling valued, excited, and hopeful about the opportunity.
Unorganized process that made it clear the manager/owner was not in good control of things around there, or was spread way too thin. Unprofessional even though she was very kind.
