The interview was kind of laid back, but it is still important to dress appropriately for an interview. Dress professional. The questions were not hard, just be sociable and smile. They are looking for happy-looking people.

All good. Very friendly interviewers. Nice work environment. They seemed fair and open. They felt engaging and encouraging. The interviewer is receptive, the conversation flows naturally, and I could confidently showcase my skills. I left feeling valued, excited, and hopeful about the opportunity.
Unorganized process that made it clear the manager/owner was not in good control of things around there, or was spread way too thin. Unprofessional even though she was very kind.
