Process took on week, got direct call from company recruiter. Attended the interview and it was 2 rounds face to face and 1 telephonic with on site technical team. In all technical rounds they concentrated on Unix and SQL, PLSQL and in final round they say that we need Autosys expert. Very pathetic on skills communication. Worst experience. After the final round waited for 3 weeks no response. When called HR says Onsite people want Autosys expert. These people waste the time by naming process, these technical teams are not clear on what they want. Overall it was a very bad experience with company like this. They called 70+ persons for filling 1 vacancy. Worst people.
