They asked the typical questions: WHy Wells Fargo? where do you see yourself in 5 years. I interview with our people in total.: 2 during each round and the questions were pretty much the same. Its a behavioral interview, by the way. I thought the interview went well, bu I was not offered the position

Very easy, regular interview questions but they ask you to use the STAR method. They ask you to describe a difficult time and how you dealt with it and how do you adapt to change etc?

The interview didn't feel like an interview. It was more a conversion to me. The interviewer made me feel very welcomed and l loved that. She asked me a few star behavioral questions but that's pretty standard when you're talking to clients over the phone,

Describe a time when you got an angry client and what did you do to resolve the issue and turn it around?
Good. Very friendly. I enjoyed the recruiter and hiring manager. Did not get the role and hope to sometime in the future. Be prepared with star type questions. They can catch you off guard if you don’t have examples prepared
