The interview process was a total of three interviews. A phone screening with HR, video with the leader and video with team. Most questions were behavioral and everyone was super encouraging during it.

The interview process consisted of three interviews: an initial HR phone screen, conversation with the team lead and then a video call with the whole Talent Acquisition team. Each step in the process consisted of questions ranging from past experience to how one would align with Wellmark values.
