First Stage interview was over the phone. The second phase of interviews were department specific. This interview questions were straight forward and easy to prepare for. There were little to no technical questions.

1 session, they interview all candidates back to back then choose one the same day. For full time positions I have heard it is obviously much more comprehensive. x x

Not too technical. They were more concerned about getting to know me and hear about my past experiences at other co-ops. It also felt that they wanted to see if you would be a good fit for the team as a person. After all, you do have to spend 6 months working together
