Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Wellington Management (Boston, MA) en oct 2011
Entrevista
I interviewed for analyst position at their new offices in Boston near South Station. The interview consisted of meet and greet with reception followed by two one-on-one interviews. First, I met with one of their equity analyst and discussed my background and why I am interested in the position. Second, I met with one of the more senior employees involved with business development in different fund offerings and asset classes. In the second interview, the questions required more detailed responses. The whole thing took about 2 hours plus commute.
Multiple rounds with various team members, manager and head. Overall more situational types of questions asked to understand what you are looking for and really to determine good fit. Some pretty standard questions

Entrevista
Seven stage interview process meeting the wider team as well as managers in my direct line. The first interview was more technical and then the latter interviews were more culture based.

What is your experience dealing with a number of stakeholder to meet client requests
Interviewers seemed very thoughtful and intellectual, and they spoke very highly of the firm. I only made it through a couple of rounds, but heard the process would be extensive if I continued on (6+ months long).
