Basic conversation with leadership that gives them and understanding of you background and skills. Usually there is a phone interview followed by a face to face interview. Finally a team interview is needed before getting an offer
Discussion of submitted survey and how past experience applies to working in a healthcare setting. Ability to prioritize and be flexible with work schedule and assisting other members on the team.
