I applied online. Received a phone call to schedule a phone screening. We scheduled it for the next morning. I called the manager for the phone interview and she asked similar questions the other managers had asked. She also asked if I had already had a phone screen and when I replied yes she started to talk more about the position. She asked when I would be available to come for an in person interview and we scheduled it for the following Monday. I went to the in person interview and talked with the manager. She explained the position in more detail and had me shadow one of their employees to see how I would like it. I enjoyed the experience and after it was over she said I would hear back in a week or so. I was called 2 days later and offered the position which I happily accepted.
