Salary: 13/hr after training Training is 2 weeks long and during training you go over multiple slides about grass care and services offered by weed man. You also learn how to interact with customers and solve their problems over the phone. During these 2 weeks you are paid 11/hr for 20/hr a week. If you do not complete the two week training or decide you don't want the job after 1 week you DO NOT get paid even though you sat through hours of sessions. The position requires you to up sell over the phone and you are allotted 4 min per call. In order to get hours you must earn them by meeting goals set by management. Hours are based on performance and nothing else. It is a seasonal position of 6 months but could be cut shorter if you are not one of the top 5 employees.
