The company sent me an automated IQ & personality test to take without ever speaking to me. According to the description it takes about 40 minutes. I completed the first two parts out of curiousity. The first is an IQ test with lots of verbal questions. Seems heavily designed to screen out non-native English speakers. The second section is a tedious personality test with 58 questions asking you to rank from 1-3 a series of irrelevant tasks in terms of how much you would enjoy performing them. I cannot believe they get quality candidates with this process. I would never invest the time to complete such an absurd test unless I was truly desperate for a job. It shows a total lack of respect for the candidate's time and energy and I won't be completing it.
