Video interview with hiring manager I was then invited to move on to the panel interview (finalist but told that many times finalists do not move forward with offer.) 3. Follow up phone call with Recruiter to go through what the panel interview will be like. 4. Follow up video meeting with the Hiring Manager to go through what the panel interview will be like. 5. Panel interview split up over 2 days (meeting with 5 people for 30 minutes each.) All experience-based questions, related to the company's values. Each interviewer is assigned to a value and ask 2-3 questions each so you need to have lots of work experience and examples ready so you do not overlap/repeat yourself. 6. After panel interview follow up with recruiter for a quick video call to discuss next steps. (Panel meet to review your answers and decide if you are a good fit for the position or possibly another role within the company.) 7. Follow up phone call a few days later by the recruiter Be prepared to ask questions for each interviewer.
