It has 5 steps interview process
1- Screening
2- Talking with Hiring Manager

The screening was with HR to check if you can be a good fit for the position
Talking with Hiring Manager has happened to me twice. The reason is, that they change the position on the way from Senior Staff Engineer to Senior Engineering Manager. The next one may not take place as Senior Engineering Manager but I applied to the Senior Staff Engineer position that's why I had a coding challenge.
Simple Coding Challenge is to see your capabilities in writing code. In my case, it was a home assignment. However, it is taking place mostly in a 90 minutes programming session
The system Design session was not like a design session. in 90 minutes, we talked about design maybe 10 minutes. The rest was complete if you have this problem, how can you solve, this problem or this problem or this another problem... We only talked about solving problems and conflict which was not a good sign in an interview cause it looks like it is super chaotic and they want to hire you just to deal with problems. In the end, when I asked why are you asking only problem solving, are there only problems? They said, you will be the manager, that is what managers do. The fact that Managing is about coordination and delegation mostly and you can solve problems if there are any. If you have problems that much in there, that means, you are unable to coordinate and delegate properly. That was one sign for me not to move on.
Behavioral with Similar Manager was about answering pre-constructed questions. They are asking and expecting you to give answers based on their SAR consideration. (SAR = Situation Action Result).
Behavioral with Higher Level Manager took place as it was on my previous interview. They are asking and expecting you to give answers based on their SAR consideration. At the end of the interview, I asked how do you feel to work in Wayfair? His answer was the point I showed a red flag and decided not to accept the offer even if they made one.

3 phases:
-1st round: technical interview with 3rd party interviewer
-2nd round: interview with Associate Director. Focused on management behaviours.
-3rd round: full panel interview, 4 rounds of interviews on App Architecture, System Design, Coding, Team Building and Leadership
