Interview was held remotely with 2 Wawanesa employees. One seemed very bored of the whole process. The other was nice but was obviously the one with less seniority. Did not have a good feeling after the interview.

Very thorough interview (2nd). The questions were insightful and I was happy to have prepared for the interview and had some very relevant questions answered. The two ladies who were doing the interview were so pleasant, professional yet also laid back. Best 1.25 hr interview I have ever had

The process took about 2 weeks to receive an offer. I completed my online application and received an email to complete an assessment right after. After about 2 days I received an email to set up a phone interview. Because I was eager to start, I signed up an interview for the soonest possible. After doing a phone interview, which consisted of job expectations and a few questions about my job history, I was told if selected or not, I would hear back in a week. After about 3 days I got another email confirming I was selected to move forward with a panel interview. The panel interview was great, and the managers involved were relatable and very passionate about their careers with Wawanesa. Questions were situational (including, tell me a time you had to deliver bad news to a customer) but ample time was given to answer. I was told I would receive a response to my interview with in two weeks but was presented an offer in two days.
