After the initial application (CV and cover letter) there was an initial interview with the department head and another senior figure from a different team. The questions focused on motivations, experience and specific examples of relevant work. Following that interview there was a task and a second interview, this time with the director, where the task was presented and discussed before moving into more questions relating to experience and ability. Some of the questions were the same as the initial interview. Nothing surprising came up. It wasnt confronting or intimidating.
