No, They call 15 to 20 people to visit their office and select 1 or 2 candidate. It is not stringent process but people who have less experience in your domain, thy judge you in email writing test. They reject most of the candidates and do not provide any proper feedback. HR team try to show that they care but actually they waste time of the candidates by calling them at 10am and email test and its result ends post lunch; which actually waste the whole day. I applied twice and I feel it is ore about to call people and do marketing about AirBnb in India and nothing more.
