For example; “Explain a time in your career when you had to address a problem with management,” or “Explain a time when you received negative feedback on a performance review and how you corrected it.” Interview was over a Zoom phone call (camera off).

There’s two interviews, the second more intuitive than the first. Have to keep in constant communication if things fall off track. Had to save numbers to remember who I spoke with, That will be important. Had to follow up about dates mentioned, keep in contact with people. if you really want the job
