I was brought to the back office and asked basic interview questions such as how would you solve 'x' interaction if confronted. the interview lasted about 15 minutes total. After the interview I was taken back front and told that I would recieve an email if I was hired.

How would you deal with a customer asking for advice on what cleaning supply to buy?
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
