It's so easy to get hired at Waffle House. You apply online for the location you want to work at and they call or text you pretty much the same day or the very next day. You set up an interview. They ask you how soon can you work and what hours you would like. They were pretty flexible and understanding of me not having much work experience. I recommend Waffle House as a place for people entering the workforce.
I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
