I had to do a set of tests, then an automated video interview before getting accepted to the assessment day and had a final round interview with a previous graduate and senior members of the division.

Video Interview. Sent a video link. Open it and you have to answer a 4 questions, two written, two oral. They want to see what you have done in the past and how it might make you a suitable candidate.
