The interview process is divided into 3 parts
1 Group discussion in which a random topic related to current situation was given on which we had to give our views
2 Technical Round consisted of questions related to the job description topics studied and resume based.
3 HR Round was kind of a discussion session in which the role was explained, expectations of the employer was conveyed and expectations from the company was asked.
Had three rounds of interviews. I thought the questions were all straight forward and the people I’ve interviewed with are all kind. No complaints on the interview process really. I liked the interview process at lot more than most companies

Tell me about yourself and why are you interested in this role
Online, several rounds including competency questions, case studies, group work and relaying answers within time constrains. You were supported if there were any technical issues, and they were forgiving about if your line dropped out

Videochiamata su Teams con due membri del team con cui poi avrei lavorato. La posizione aperta era per analista attuariale, ramo pensioni. Sono stati gentili, anche se non ero la figura che stavano cercando.
