A recruiter reached out for a phone interview, which went well. Afterwords she set up a lunch interview with a hiring manager. I attempted to reach back out the next day to say thanks and to follow up, but was ghosted. Recruiters at this company do not care about prospective employees.

multiple stages ranging from video assessment, technical in office round test round, technical round. all rounds being eliminatory. questions asked are very technical in nature and requires good concept clarity.

e-interview hirevue display question and then record answer. have about 6 questions . 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to record. not a good experience as it lacks human interactions.

Did a HireVue, but didn't get a response back yet. Had about 2 minutes to respond to each question. I only had 1 attempt which was stressful. If I were to do it again, I would practice in a mirror.
