Entrevista
a "pre" interview that goes over what was in your app/resume. Then will email or call to see if they will move on to 2nd and final interview. The second interview is with a supervisor or mgr and is about 20-25 min. standard questions. I was immediately emailed afterwards with the job offer.

Tell me of a time you went above and beyond to help a customer.
Phone interview. Easy. Had to talk to a couple different people until the offer came for hiring. Typical questions just want to make sure you are able to have a good high speed connection and have basic computer skills
Typical time to receive information about setting up an interview. HR staff is very professional and courteous. Seem to have a good system to prioritize potential candidates. Good experience and flexible.

The interview process was very simple and the interviewer created a very comfortable environment to express your feelings freely , she took her time and went over everything with me and the expectations that the company is looking for.
