After submitting an application they sent me invitations to a test, which immediately lead to scheduling another test over a week later. Since the test was also meant to be done online, the delay made no sense. It seemed like a lot of hoops to jump through when I have real live people trying to interview me and give me in-office skills tests. I didn’t think there was a match in fit based on this and moved on in my search.
