They haven't honored my salary expectations which was clearly communicated before starting the whole hiring process, finally sending me an offer with worst conditions than my current working situation, after having spent a lot of time in the process in both sides. Disrespectful towards me, shameful for the company. After discussing this situation with the hiring manager, and showing my interest in fix that, they suddenly stop responding emails. Then, two months later, a different recruiter sent me the same offer. I'd never work for such company.
